Production:

One of our key elements is our manufacturing capabilities of harnesses and trailer boards. With the introduction of Type Approval, trailer builders are required to fit additional lighting such as front and side markers, number plate and reverse lighting. This process now requires a more complex and time consuming lighting installation. Maypole can simplify this by offering ‘click and play’ options. We offer a wide range of trailer lighting solutions and multiple harness and lamp options; you manufacture the trailer and we will light it.

We are the leading trailer board manufacturer in the UK, offering a massive range of options from standard boards to bespoke builds. Our computerised CNC drill ensures trailer boards meet the demanding Type Approval positioning requirements. Our technical support team can provide help and advice with Type Approval requirements and drawings and lamp approvals can be found on our website.

Packaging:

Maypole also operate a dedicated packaging department. Our wide range of towing electrics, lamps, trailer servicing etc, are display packed for the retail environment. The majority are packed onto display cards for ease of display and this is supported with products bagged with header cards and blister packed product. Where required we include instructions.

We can also offer own branding for customers where volumes allow. We have a vacuum packing machine and cutter machine and are happy to pack products for other customers.

Warehouse:

Maypole operates from a 50,000 sq ft premises in Birmingham. Utlizing Bendi narrow aisle trucks and with over 2500 pallet spaces we have some 3000 lines in stock.

We have the facilities and the range of products to support your business. We now consistently supply within three working days and with a 95% plus order fill rate. Our flexibility means we can dispatch single boxes to multiple pallet deliveries quickly and efficiently. Professional courier companies are used to ensure we can track your order.

Technical Support:

We are able to offer technical support to our customers on our products and also on Type Approvals for the trailer market.
